JustMove is operated by PropertyRadar Technologies FZ LLC. This policy applies to justmove.ae, the quote form, the moving cost calculator, and related emails, calls, or WhatsApp messages about your move.

• Your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, and contact preferences
• Move details such as area, property type, home size, date, access issues, packing needs, and notes
• Messages you send us and records of calls, emails, or WhatsApp conversations about your enquiry
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device data, pages viewed, referring URL, and basic usage logs
• Cookie and preference data as described in our Cookie Policy

How we use personal data

We use personal data to:

• Run the website and keep it secure
• Show guide price estimates and answer your enquiry
• Route your quote request to selected moving providers so they can assess the job and contact you
• Improve the site, forms, and lead quality over time

Why we are allowed to use it

We use personal data where we have a valid reason to do so, including to respond to your request, run and secure the service, share your enquiry with movers you want quotes from, rely on consent where required, and comply with legal obligations.

• Selected third-party moving providers when you ask us to get quotes or help with your move
• Hosting, analytics, communications, automation, CRM, or workflow providers that help us run JustMove
• Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and service partners where reasonably needed

• A buyer, investor, or successor if the business or assets are reorganised, sold, or transferred

How quote routing works

If you ask for quotes, we may share your contact details and move details with selected moving providers so they can contact you and prepare a quote. Once a mover receives your details for that purpose, that mover may process your data under its own privacy practices and legal obligations.

Marketing and communications

Our main communications are service-related: estimate follow-up, quote follow-up, move planning, and support. If we ever send separate marketing messages, we will do so in line with applicable law and provide a way to opt out.

Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes above, including servicing your enquiry, keeping business records, resolving disputes, preventing abuse, and meeting legal or accounting obligations. JustMove is aimed at adults arranging moving services. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children for this service.
