Who these terms are with

These terms apply between you and PropertyRadar Technologies FZ LLC, the operator of JustMove and justmove.ae.

What JustMove does

JustMove may provide:

• Information about moving services in Dubai
• Guide price estimates and move planning tools
• A form and routing service to help you request quotes from moving providers
• Support communications connected to your enquiry

Unless we clearly state otherwise, JustMove does not itself promise to carry out the moving service shown on the site. The moving service is usually provided by a third-party mover.

Using the site

By using justmove.ae, you agree to these terms. You must use the site lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, security, or availability.

Information you submit

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when asking for estimates or quotes. If you give us someone else's details, you must have permission to do so.

Guide estimates are not final quotes

Price ranges shown by JustMove are guide estimates only. They are not fixed prices, formal offers, or guarantees. Final pricing depends on the actual move scope, access, timing, packing, special items, and the mover's own assessment.

Third-party movers and bookings

If you request quotes, JustMove may share your enquiry with selected moving providers. Any quote, availability, insurance terms, warranties, service promises, or booking terms given by a mover are that mover's responsibility.

Unless we clearly say otherwise in writing, any contract for the move itself is between you and the mover you choose, not between you and JustMove.

Payments and fees

Using the JustMove website and requesting quotes is generally free for consumers unless we clearly state otherwise. Any fees for the moving service, storage, packing, or add-ons are set by the mover or service provider handling the job.

Content and availability

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise that every page, price range, feature, or route will always be complete, current, or uninterrupted. We may update, suspend, or change parts of the site at any time.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes
• Submit false leads, spam, abusive content, or someone else's data without permission
• Scrape, copy, or harvest site content or lead data without our permission
• Attempt to probe, break, overload, or bypass site security or technical limits
• Use the site in a way that could damage JustMove, its users, or its partners

Intellectual property

JustMove, its branding, site design, copy, graphics, and tools are owned by or licensed to us unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reuse, republish, or exploit them beyond normal personal use of the site without written permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JustMove provides the site and its content on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss arising from third-party mover performance, site downtime, or your reliance on a guide estimate alone.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend, restrict, or block access to the site or a submission if we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, or a risk to the site or other users.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version posted on this page will apply from its stated update date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the UAE. The competent courts of Dubai will have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
